Add nutmeg and cream: simmer Use an immersion blender or transfer squash mixture to blender and puree. Prepare Penne noodles, and combine ALL ingredients into a baking dish reserving the parmesan & breadcrumbs. Sprinkle parmesan and breadcrumbs evenly over the penne.
