Ingredients

  • One 15oz can of chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 4 oz (1/2 jar) roasted red bell pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • pinch of salt & pepper
  • Dash of sumac

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except for the sumac, into a food processor.

Process for 30 seconds to a minute, scraping down the sides as necessary, until you reach a creamy consistency.

Continue to add more olive oil if necessary. Once smooth, sprinkle with sumac just before serving.
