A Williams Sonoma Thanksgiving

Every Sunday morning, my local Williams Sonoma hosts a free cooking class. In addition to leveraging thesemornings to sneak into the mall early, it’s a time to share new techniques, try new products, andlearn new recipes. For those of you who have been to a Williams Sonoma, the waft of slow cooked delight always manages to pull you deep in the store with curiosity. Well this month, that smell was Thanksgiving. From brining, to basting, stuffing to green beans, we explored it all. And as I venture my way to So Cal to cook for ‘The Griswold’s’, preparation is a necessity. So this year, I’ve departed from the usual ‘Food Network’ site, to explore some of the seasonings of Williams Sonoma. Without further ado, here is this year’s Thanksgiving Menu!
