Pre-heat the oven to 350°F. Grease the bottom of a 9x5- or 8x4-inch loaf pan and set aside. In a large bowl, beat sugar and butter with a spoon until the mixture is light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs. Stir in the mashed bananas, milk and vanilla until well blended. In another bowl, mix the flour, baking soda and salt. Add dry ingredients to the banana mixture and then stir until combined. Add chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50 to 60 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean. Ingredients
